MeloTTS
A multilingual, multi-accent TTS library with voice and speed selection and WAV output; its Chinese voice supports mixed Chinese and English.
Overview
MeloTTS uses a language-specific model, preset speaker and speed setting to generate speech files. Documented choices include several English accents plus Chinese, French, Spanish, Japanese and Korean; the Chinese speaker handles mixed Chinese-English text. Python, CLI, WebUI and custom-data training guides are available. CPU/GPU performance depends on configuration rather than a universal real-time guarantee. Library code declares MIT; model and language dependencies must be prepared.
