Scope and provider
These terms cover the AI好物集 (Toolora) directory, profiles, news summaries and reading data provided by Beijing Starixs Technology Co., Ltd.. This edition offers no accounts, paid subscriptions, model inference or online submission review. Other products, including Raixis, have their own terms. Linking to a third party does not replace its terms.
Permitted use
You may browse, search, follow links, and read or copy provided records for reasonable informational use, including AI-assisted reading. Follow applicable law and licenses; respect privacy, intellectual property and other rights. Do not impersonate the operator or vendors, disrupt services or bypass third-party access restrictions. Minors should use external AI services with guardian guidance.
Local data and external services
Language, theme and your added entries or candidates rely on browser storage. Clearing site data or changing browsers or file paths may make them unavailable; there is no cloud sync or recovery commitment. Saving a candidate is not a submission to the operator. Decide independently whether to register, pay, upload or use an external service, and check its terms and licenses.
Content and intellectual property
Original text, arrangement and our brands receive applicable legal protection. Third-party names, icons, quotations, data and open-source components retain their respective rights and licenses. Preserve relevant credits and license notices when reusing material. Do not present our summaries as third-party authorization, official endorsement or testing. Listed open licenses apply only to their stated scope.
Changes, liability and disputes
We will update dated terms when functionality or data processing changes. Where law requires notice or consent, it will be handled separately; mere browsing is not blanket consent to new processing. Non-excludable liability and statutory rights remain intact. Contact us first about disputes; unresolved matters may go to a competent authority under applicable law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections.
