## 产品介绍

ColabFold 将序列比对和结构预测整理为可复用流程，官方仓库提供 AlphaFold2、复合物预测、ESMFold 等笔记本，以及本地批处理安装说明。它是运行预测的工具集合，和只查询既有预测结果的数据库用途不同。Colab 运行受可获得的 GPU 资源限制，公共 MSA 服务要求单 IP 串行请求；本地运行不意味着没有外部查询。项目代码为 MIT，所选模型、权重与数据库仍应分别核对许可。
