## Overview

RAGFlow combines parsing, chunking, hybrid search, reranking and cited answers for teams building knowledge assistants. Inspect source passages and compose retrieval, tools, models and MCP services through visual workflows. Self-hosted code and a separate cloud service are available. Language and embedding models require configuration; self-hosting does not keep external model calls local. This is not a public dataset portal.

### Before you start

Open-source code uses Apache 2.0. Cloud service, selected models and infrastructure have separate costs and terms. DeepDoc supports CPU inference; resources depend on models, data and concurrency. The code license does not promise free cloud service.
