## Overview

Gemini CLI queries and edits repositories, troubleshoots through natural language and supports MCP and scripted workflows. Google’s transition notice separates access paths: free and Google AI Pro/Ultra access moved to Antigravity CLI in June 2026, while enterprise licenses and paid APIs remain separate supported paths. The current README says it is not optimized for Gemini 4 Argon. Choose it according to supported access rather than older universal free-tier promotion.
