## Scope and responsible party

Beijing Starixs Technology Co., Ltd. is responsible for Toolora’s own processing. This policy covers browsing, browser-local entries and contacting us, not linked products, our company site or email providers themselves. There are no accounts, payments, uploads, third-party analytics, advertising SDKs or inference endpoint. The listing form prepares a draft from product details and a contact email; nothing is automatically submitted to us before you send it.

## Browser-local storage

localStorage stores language (toolora-language), theme (toolora-theme; toolora-preview-theme for design previews), custom entries (lh-tools) and candidates (toolora-candidates). Entries may contain names, URLs, descriptions, categories and locally generated IDs, status and dates. These restore preferences and local lists; they are not uploaded to us or synced across devices. Do not enter private data, keys or confidential URLs.

## Search, network requests and cookies

Search and filters run in the page; site code does not send or persist search terms. Fonts, icons and scripts are served as static site resources. No analytics or advertising tracking code is integrated and the site sets no tracking cookies. Preferences and local entries use browser localStorage. Hosting servers or a CDN may process IP addresses, requested URLs, times and browser details to deliver pages, troubleshoot and protect the service. Retention depends on the hosting configuration; contact us for details. Browsers, extensions and linked services have their own practices.

## External links and contacting us

Following external product, company or source links leaves this site. The destination may receive your IP, browser information and submitted data under its own policy. Emailing us sends your address, message and attachments through email services. We use them as needed to respond, correct errors and handle rights or security requests, retaining them for necessary periods and legal requirements. Avoid irrelevant sensitive data. This local edition does not sell or share local storage with advertisers or send it to model providers.

## Retention and your controls

Local data normally remains until you clear browser site data; we set no automatic expiry. Use browser storage settings to view, restrict or delete it. Preferences, entries and candidates may then be unrecoverable; deleting storage does not delete sent emails. Browsers determine file:// storage boundaries, so different paths may not share data. Blocking storage still allows reading static content, but preferences and added entries may not persist.

## Rights, minors and changes

For information you send by email, use the address below to request access, a copy, correction, deletion or other applicable rights. We will verify and respond under applicable law. Browser-local data generally needs to be managed on your device. The directory does not actively collect minors’ personal information; guardians may contact us. Before adding accounts, analytics, uploads, hosting logs or AI services, we will update this policy and meet applicable notice and consent requirements.
